The Sunrise Alumni Veterans Association, started and funded by John McFarland, is program about giving back to veterans. These Alumni Veterans comprise of a tight knit group of individuals who are making a difference in their lives, their family and their community.

The logo is comprised of the sun, representing a new day in the lives of these veterans who have experinced, homelessness, joblessness, PTSD, Medical and other countless VA issues.
